The web conference will review the principles behind effective risk management. From practical experience in construction, extraction and manufacturing industries through to the delivery of high profile Government projects in the public sector the author proposes that there are simple repeatable tenets that underpin success, and reciprocal pitfalls that too often realise the nightmare scenario of a risk transpiring with its full effects.
