Webinar: Agility - A Necessary Prerequisite?Presented by: Denise Vestin Recorded on: 21 September 2009 PDUs: 1.0* The Agile Manifesto defines Agility as “the ability to both create and respond to change in order to profit in a turbulent business environment."
Agility puts a lot of responsibility on the team and its participants. It requires the customer to be 100% involved. There is no "I want this... now you fix it" and three months later the thing is finished. No black box that the customer gets at the end of the programming effort. Instead there is continuous communal work from the team which INCLUDES the customer and key stakeholders. It throws a stick in the wheel of traditional BA's and traditional PM's. It is NOT linear.
