Following the success of our Centre of Excellence Breakfast Seminars in London we are pleased to
invite you to our first seminar designed for the PMO and Program Director community in Sweden.
During this event Raed S. Haddad, Senior VP at ESI International, will be discussing whether or not
a PMO provides value or adds cost. Mr. Haddad will draw on ESI’s 25-years of global experience
in this area, as well as the various researches that ESI and others have conducted. PMO’s value
and benefits are often questioned, particularly in tough economic times.
You will also hear from Matts Larsson, Director Global Training at Tetra Pak, who will discuss how
governance affects projects and how organisations can benefit through implementing cross project,
experiential learning.
