Ravi Sahi

Ravi Sahi, PMP, SCPM, Regional Director, Client Solutions – Asia, ESI International, brings more than two decades of experience to the learning programmes he develops to help ESI’s clients improve their project management capabilities. His industry specific experience, which includes IT, financial services, government and infrastructure, is complemented by in- depth knowledge of process and systems integration, change management, cross border projects and project methodology customisation.

ESI’s clients benefit from Ravi’s broad range of experience through the insights he delivers while working to design successful, customised learning approaches. Leveraging ESI’s broad range of intellectual property, tools and delivery methods, Ravi thoughtfully guides clients through the assessment, implementation and reinforcement phases of each programme, ensuring progress is measured along the way. He also is the Asia-Pacific practice manager for ESI consulting services, overseeing all assignments throughout the region.

As a recognised project management and professional learning expert, Ravi serves as an official ESI media spokesperson, regularly publishes articles and speaks throughout the region. In China, he is a State Administration of Foreign Expert Affairs (SAPHEA) registered foreign expert in project management and has delivered presentations on numerous occasions in the country.

In addition to his client-facing role, Ravi oversees the recruitment and selection of all ESI instructors, coaches and consultants for the region including: China, India, Australia and Southeast Asia. He ensures that all instructors align to ESI’s exacting standards and then pairs their experience and knowledge with the appropriate client.

Prior to joining ESI, Ravi held a range of PM and PM consultancy positions, at such well respected companies as Capgemini Consulting, Booz Allen Hamilton, Admerex and Sembawang Corporation.

Ravi holds a bachelor’s and an MBA, both from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles, and is a Stanford Certified Project Manager (SCPM).
