What is Impact 2010?

Impact is a FREE innovative global virtual event focussing on all areas of Project and Program Management, Business Analysis, Commercial Business Skills, Change Management and the PMO. Impact is a virtual event, which means you can attend from the comfort of your home or office, without having to incur travel costs or registration fees.

What can I expect at Impact 2010?

Impact 2010 will be laid out just like a real conference – upon entering you will see a main conference hall, with adjoining learning areas. These learning areas will then contain individual topic booths, where the topic presentations will be happening. You can see a sample of the individual topic areas set to be covered below.

Glenn Brulé, Executive Director of Client Solutions (ESI International) and Vice President of Chapters for the IIBA. He is responsible for supporting a global team of business consultants working with Fortune 1000 organisations.

Using his 20+ years of experience working in all facets of business and business analysis, Glenn will be examining the intricacies of the increasingly popular CBAP credential.

Geoff Reiss

Presenting:

“Stakeholder Engagement Management for Projects and Programs”

Geoff Reiss, Senior Instructor (ESI International) and independent trainer and mentor in program management. Geoff is also an Honorary Fellow of the U.K. Association for Project Management.

Geoff will be putting his considerable knowledge and love of all things Project Management to good use for Impact 2010. He will be talking about stakeholder engagement management for projects and programs and its increasingly important role in project success.

Derek Bell

Presenting:

“Program Management: Definitions, Clarifications and Qualifications”

Derek Bell, Senior Instructor (ESI International), has held the positions of principal engineer for computer-aided engineering at Land Rover and computer services manager for part of the Tarmac Group, he also is an APM professional, a PRINCE 2 practitioner, and an accredited PRINCE 2 trainer.

Derek will be talking about the highly topical subject of Program Management; covering its definitions and its relevant accompanying credentials. Derek Bell is uniquely qualified to speak on this relevant topic, having provided project and program management expertise in the areas of consulting, training, and development for more than a decade.

Ravi Sahi

Presenting:	“Effective Project Management in High-Performing Organizations - How to Build a Project Management Profession”
	“Executing Innovation - The Project Management Way”

Ravi Sahi, Client Solutions Director in Asia (ESI International) has 16 years’ experience managing projects for physical infrastructure development, strategy-based consulting, and information technology in the financial services sector.

Ravi will be delivering two presentations for Impact 2010. Ravi will be sharing with us his experiences of effective project management efforts in high-performing organisations and how you can use these to ultimately build up the project management profession from within your organisation. He will also be covering the use of projects in successfully executing innovation and change within organisations.
